On Again?

Yeah, I know what (Kyodo and)  I said yesterday.  I’m hearing that another round of talks may start in the next 10 days.  I predict about as much progress as the last decade’s talks have produced.  No, if I were Kim Jong Il, I wouldn’t take the United States seriously, either.
