Update on S.399

S.399, a Senate Bill that would set strict conditions for  North Korea’s removal from the terrorism list, has picked up an additional sponsor:  Kentucky Republican Senator Jim Bunning.  Bunning joins Sam Brownback, John Kyl, Charles Grassley, and Joe Lieberman.
