The most dangerous thing in my opinion is how the world is sitting back while the regime perfects its nuclear arsenal. How long before Kim Jong-un reveals he has a proper nuke capable of hitting certain countries of interest to the regime? I can see it happening. Not the hitting, but the regime coming out with more rhetoric and threats when it has the means.
