they are having cash flow problems which in turn they cannot ‘show face’ to the rest of the outside world.
they are trying to clean up their act and put on a better show, if possible.
possibly one of the worst things that have happened recently to KJI is Chinese net minders creating a buzz inside China about how pathetic NK is.
