    “we should consider recruiting and training refugees to return to their homeland and establish a network of clandestine journalists and doctors.”

    I agree with this in principle, but from a practical perspective, how does this work? Unless they go on a severe weight loss program before returning, won’t they stick out like sore thumbs to everyone in NK?

    I recently brought this up to a friend from NK in Seoul and he said the idea is for NKs return to China, and then work with some NKs who frequently cross the border, rather than the now-SK-residing NKs to actually go back in themselves.

    Am curious how you envision this working.
